After dominating the big screen, Marvel's interest in starting to explore the video game market certainly deserves to be welcomed with open arms. Moreover, there are several projects such as Spider-man from Insomniac Games and Guardians of the Galaxy from Eidos Montreal which managed to look stunning, becoming "opponents" of projects such as Marvel's Avengers from Crystal Dynamics which failed to steal the hearts of gamers. This potential is still wide open with the option to be translated into a variety of different genres. One of them comes from 2K and Firaxis Games titled Marvel's Midnight Suns.
The intervention of Firaxis, who is famous for his XCOM series, immediately turned Marvel's Midnight Suns into a tempting strategy game, especially with the visuals and the presence of so many Marvel characters in it. But unfortunately, the dream to taste this game as soon as possible had to end. It was planned to be released in October 2022, 2K and Firaxis decided to postpone the release of this game again. The reason? Classic, giving Firaxis time to make sure this game is able to offer the best gaming experience they can provide.
Marvel's Midnight Suns will now be released at the "end of the fiscal year" meaning in the period before March 2023. Unfortunately, it comes without a new release date.
